Alumni members control the Foundation, and we elect the Foundation's leaders from the membership, establish priorities, and develop projects with complete transparency.

You are no longer a single person trying to be heard.  As a member-owner, the Foundation's leaders work for you, and they represent our members' concerns and ideas to Wittenberg's Board of Directors and Administration with the force of the full membership.

Members can serve as WIN Board officers or Committee Chairs; participate on committees; or just support WIN's initiatives by joining the Foundation and staying informed.

WIN members set the priorities of the Foundation, develop and monitor projects, and hold the organization's leadership accountable through annual elections and bylaws that give the members the power to remove ineffective leadership. Sponsored projects are cancelled if they aren't working.

You will have the opportunity to work with committee members that are experts in their fields as well as re-connect with old friends and classmates. 

When you want to volunteer, the WIN Foundation will hear you and help you make a difference.  Additionally, the effects of your efforts will be multiplied by the many other members that work with you.
