Welcome to the Wittenberg Innovation Network (WIN) Foundation, an alumni-controlled and directed organization dedicated to Wittenberg University's financial health and reputation through an accountable and transparent system.
We listened to alumni, students, and concerned members of the Wittenberg Community
The organization’s governance model and mission statement were developed following months of research and interviews with alumni, faculty, staff, students, Wittenberg board members (past and present), and leaders in the Springfield community. The result is an alumni-controlled Foundation that represents a truly unique concept in Higher Education. Wittenberg needs to be recognized as innovative, and the WIN Foundation is an attribute that contributes to that distinction.

Our Initiatives
Current Projects
21st Century Wittenberg
To support Wittenberg's Board of Directors, the WIN Foundation has formed an all-alumni team of higher education experts to help plan its future. YOU can be part of that team that is developing our prescription for returning Wittenberg to financial health and distinctive programs.
Boosting Enrollment
The root of the financial difficulties at Wittenberg can be traced to decreasing enrollment. The WIN Foundation is working with Wittenberg's Board of Directors to propose new approaches to enrollment and admissions, and YOU can join our team of alumni-experts to propose innovative approaches.
Grants
The WIN Foundation's membership includes experts in competitive grant writing who are committed to developing winning proposals to granting agencies and foundations that will help to make Wittenberg a more distinctive institution.
Community Outreach
Community outreach projects serve to connect the university with the broader community, fostering relationships and partnerships that benefit both students and local residents. The WIN Foundation aims to develop projects which connect the Wittenberg community to the regional community.
